I have a lot of professional and personal goals that I would like to achieve this year. So what better way to visualize and achieve these than by writing them down. Below are my top three goals I would love to achieve in 2018-
I recently began to get into yoga and I will say it really has positively impacted my work out routine. Not only does it help with my flexibility, but it also helps me de-stress and disconnect from any technology or responsibilities. I feel like I am able to solely focus my mind on the present moment and get in sync with my body. So I’m looking forward to going to at least one class per week.
As I reflected on 2017, I came to the realization that I only read one book last year (I know, shame on me!) so this year I am looking to change that. I really want to make it a habit to read before bed. Not only will it help me wind down in preparation for sleep, but I’m confident that it will also allow me to grow my mind creatively and intellectually. So, does anybody have any book recommendations?
Vegetarian Day Per Week
I tend to abide by a very healthy diet (except for my occasional Hot Cheetos and spicy mango candy treats hehe) but like everything, there is always room for improvement. I love cooking all my meals at home and if for some reason I am out of protein I always find a way to whip up the yummiest vegetarian dishes. So I thought, why not just go vegetarian one day a week? It’s a healthy eating habit to implement plus it will allow me to explore new foods and recipes which I am always a fan of. Looking forward to seeing what dishes I come up with!
